UAW FILES CHARGES AGAINST ROMNEY re: AUTO BAILOUT

http://www.nationofchange.org/uaw-files-charges-against-romney-his-auto-bail-out-profiteering-1351783724

For Mitt Romney, it's one scary Halloween. The Presidential candidate has just learned that tomorrow afternoon he will be charged with violating the federal Ethics in Government law by improperly concealing his multi-million dollar windfall from the auto industry bail-out.

At a press conference in Toledo, Bob King, President of the United Automobile Workers, will announce that his union and Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) have filed a formal complaint with the US Office of Government Ethics in Washington stating that Gov. Romney improperly hid a profit of $15.3 million to $115.0 million in Ann Romney's so-called "blind" trust.

Fox News will be jumping all over this story in just a little bit - right after they're done covering Lybia. Ok so maybe not in our lifetime, but someday.

Romney wasn't in government at the time. He still isn't, and God willing, he never will be again. So the ethics in government law does not apply.

doesn't he have to delclare his finances?

What message does this send that he has hidden monies received from the auto bailout stashed in a blind trust in another country?

He wants to talk down the poor and needy families by suggesting "handouts", how he is going to cut or change programs that help people-US citizens- meanwhile, Midas is sitting on his gold throne, never having to worry about anything the rest of his miserable life.

The correct way to put this is: UAW is lodging a formal ethics complaint against Rmoney.
