"SNIP.............

A new RABA Research poll finds that 37% of Americans considered the Republican National Convention “a disaster,” while just 24% called it a “success.”

Women voters called the convention a “disaster” instead of a “success” by a 3 to 1 margin.

Among young voters, a whopping 55% called the convention a “disaster,” as opposed to just 13% calling it a “success.”

George W Bush was a great president. Some will never move from their Republican stand. If Donald was the DNC nominee I would have to consider another candidate and I have been a life long Democratic Presidential voter. He is the worst candidate in my life.

Rather than "Successful to Apocalyptically Bad."

There's The Donald, rewriting the rules of campaigning again.

That's down from the 12 pt lead she had in the last poll, but she can get most of it back from her convention.

that their generation will save this country. I'm a tail-end Boomer (born in 1958) and I'm disgusted by my generation - not all of them, mind you, but plenty of people I know who are Republicans. I can't help but think they are simply hateful and uneducated.

Before the RNC, Hillary held an average lead of +3.2%. Trump is currently .9% ahead in the poll average. That's a bump of 4.1 points. Nowhere near a 10-point bump.

The RNC has seen a number of recent "non-disaster" conventions that resulted in little or no "bounce" at all.

A "disaster" convention could be expected to produce declining numbers. In April, we led by double digits in the average poll... yet today I'm looking at an LA Times tracking poll showing them up by seven points even though it includes at least one day of our convention.

For the life of me, I can't figure out what part of their convention wasn't a disaster... but something in the last few weeks was non-disastrous for them and the net effect is far from ideal.
