There's no secret password. You have to seek out the live feeds, by Googling or using Twitter. That's how I do it anyway, since I live in the UK and also don't have a television.

It was an address to his delegates. In a conference room, not on the big stage. And he is speaking later tonight, his actual address, in prime time.
