MSNBC making big deal about crowd barriers erected

Around DNC stage. Speculating that delegates might rush the stage.

My take is this is a last minute change that the secret service wants done. You will have Obama Biden Bill Clinton, first lady, and Hillary on stage. The RNC just had Trump.
