Why does the MSM have a hard on for Hillary?

I was so inspired and refreshed by the convention last night. I went to bed feeling so up about Hillary. I felt like nearly all of the speakers hit the mark and I felt like I know her better today than I did yesterday.

I got up this morning and started flipping around to see what the morning shows were saying. CNN was OK, CBS? MSNBC? They must have been at some other convention. All they could do was pick apart the speeches and speculate that POSSIBLY Wikileaks has more to reveal and how that would hurt Clinton.

WTF?? I didn't watch the GOP convention coverage, did they do that to Donald??

his kids for their ability to read a teleprompter. As usual, they push lower expectations for anything Trump related and push for anything to attack Hillary with.

I'm completely disgusted. Guess they feel like they have to even the playing ground - pump up the GOP convention and tear down the DNC's just to have a decent horse race.

I even saw articles late last night saying that Bill was "probably" lying about his story regarding how he met and married Hillary. Probably? You can't find anything wrong so now you're making shit up by tossing out pure conjecture? And Rachel going off on Bill saying "girl"? WTF?

I'm really thinking of boycotting MSNBC.

As cable networks rose and network news ratings dropped they became much more competitive. When CNN was born they took hit after hit. Then came FAUX news for the idiots. In an effort to jazz things up the network news casts were shuffled to under the entertainment divisions and thus was the beginning of the end of news that had unbiased and fair journalism. A similar analogy can be seen with newspapers/magazines and the rise of the internet.

They are all competing for $$$s in an ever shrinking pile of moola. Essentially if it bleeds and gets more viewers then it leads. News organizations started paying attention to what draws the punters in. Would you rather watch a newscast telling you what achievments some politician made today or yesterday....or would you rather watch some gossip monger talking heads talk about some salacious storyline about alleged affairs, speculative possible crimes in their fantastical imaginations and supposed lies....even though all this gossip can't be confirmed it's sure fun to watch now isn't it?

When the news divisions were shuffled off to the entertainment divisions, real journalism started dying. Today we are left with nothing but the ashes, the idiots and the assholes.

You say they have a hard on but then you say they are picking her apart. I typically relate a hard on to liking someone, not the opposite.

I have heard that phrase used when somebody is out to get someone or has a grudge they will not let go of.

I know they are merely trying to influence. They can't report a fact without putting a slant on it. For example, watching the convention on CNN you could make up your own mind how it was going. Much harder watching it with talking heads who want to get people to see it a certain way. People should not let themselves. do this.

Some people fall in love with someone like Rachel and don't like to disagree with her. It's amazing. Even if you like Rachel, why should she influence your opinions when you can have your own?

I know what I think, but I spend as much time as I can on sites like this and I get my news from NPR, BBC News and here. But most people don't do that. I like to check and see what 'regular' news outlets are saying. Mostly, they are saying crap that makes my head want to explode.

I hear people repeating the stuff they heard on the MSM as if they are smart and said something informed. They are only repeating the talking points. "Hillary is not likable" they will tell me, as if that is a fact. "Trump says what he thinks," as if that's always a good thing. Mindless parroting. Not everyone does it, but too many do.
