It is just another major problem with the amount of wealth some hold. Many of their companies are set up as completely seperate entities or at an arms length from their other ventures. It protects the totality of their enterprises and their own personal liability.

It is not far fetched for some people to be presiding over a large number of these entities greatly increasing the chance they are audited. It's not always about individual audits.
