At what point will Donald Trump statements become so ridiculous. People stop taking him seriously.

He is just so out bounds it would be comical if not for the office he's aspiring for. I think his rhetoric is going to get even worse since he is officially the republican nominee and there is nothing they can do about it.

He said that the people supporting Trump were the poorest educated. So, to answer your question, they don't know any better. They are too dumb to know any better.

There's a difference between being dumb and being poorly educated. In this country, education is mostly a question of opportunity and money.

This country is full on fucking stupid, so ...

That said, his fumbles on this today show that they need to press the Russia issue hard on him.

The one thing we have now is that during the primary there were fractious and self interested campaigns taking shots at him.

Now, there is his side and the other side.

And, for all the MSM slobbering over republican STARs all the time, there are a LOT of heavy hitters for Ds who are taking aim at him.

Fascism appeals to these people. That's why they hate BLM so much. Police are a figure of authority and authoritarians believe authority must ALWAYS be respected. His image as an authority figure would need to be damaged before these people stop following.
