Related: About this forumHave Colin Powell and Condoleezza Rice been asked whether they endorse Trump?
They both must have an opinion on the man. You would think his comments on NATO alone would compel them to make some sort of public statement.
Then too, of course, there's his racism.

Thus far, he has not endorsed either Trump or Clinton. He has, however, criticized Trump for racist comments and his anti-immigrant stand:

I remember him endorsing President Obama, and I expect he will eventually endorse Secretary Clinton.

but their words would in fact speak louder than simply ducking out of an event.
For the both of them to denounce Trump's foreign policy--such as it is--would be a much more definite contribution.
