Wait until she says something like, "My opponent shows little respect for women." Then he can puff himself up with fake umbrage and announce, "I will not stay here and allow my wife and my marriage to be insulted by someone who protects her philandering husband!" Then walk out. It's weak, but what else does he have? He was talking about mentioning Bill's extramarital affairs, and Hillary's role in undermining the credibility of Bill's accusers, but he pretty much closed off that avenue.
