Civil rights lawyer Gloria Allred said this week that women have begun contacting her with allegations that they were sexually harassed or abused by Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump.
After news broke over the weekend that Trump had bragged about groping women on a leaked 2005 video, Allred confirmed to Gothamist on Monday that she had been contacted by women who allege inappropriate contact by Mr. Trump.
If there is an unwanted or unconsented to touching of a persons intimate parts such as the genital areas or a womans breasts, that could constitute a sexual assault or a sexual battery, Allred said. I am disgusted by what Donald Trump said and admitted that he had done on that video. An apology is not enough.
In a statement released last week, Allred revealed that Trump had once told her that she would be very very impressed with the size of his penis.
It was not immediately clear if Allred was organizing legal action against Trump on behalf of the women who have contacted her.

http://www.democraticunderground.com/10027980814Trump and J. Epstein sued for raping 13 year old girl, with witness corroboration.
"I've known Jeff for fifteen years. Terrific guy,'' Trump booms from a speakerphone. He's a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side. No doubt about it Jeffrey enjoys his social life."

this ''terrific guy'' is Jeffrey Epstein, named in the current lawsuit, and one of the truly LOATHSOME creeps to come along in recent memory:

(825 posts)Do you know something about nondisclosure agreements?
You can Google Trump nondisclosure agreements, but it doesn't take even that to know that he bullies people through many methods.

(825 posts)What i meant was did the poster know about some legal loophole that might have been opened up to allow these women to be legally released from such agreements?
Maybe his denial to Cooper? Would that nullify the nondisclosure?
R B Garr
(16,973 posts)it's common knowledge at this point that he has all his ex-wives tied up in non-disclosure agreements. He has employees and other contacts tied up in non-disclosure agreements.
So based on that common knowledge, a tape still leaked about Donald abusing women.
Today it's reported that floodgates are opening from other women about Donald abusing them.
So.....
It's also common knowledge that most legal agreements are null and void if they cover or are used to cover illegal activity or crimes. Abusing women is a crime.
So......that was the basis for my comment.

(16,973 posts)intimidated by people like him and she has her own arsenal, so that is why my comment was also a bit tongue-in-cheek. She can use her own methods to intimidate, so he has met his match with her. I wouldn't know the paragraph and clause she found, but that wasn't the real point. It was more, The Empire Strikes Back type observation. But mostly, you can't abuse people and then tie them up in a nondisclosure agreement. It violates the spirit of the law, etc.
