This is NO Joking matter!! Vote all these no class GOP bastards out of office!
Sorry, this kind of talk just pisses me off!
The despicable comments come as Burr faces a close Senate race against Democratic opponent Deborah Ross. Both candidates are within a point of each other, according to RealClearPolitics.
More of the CNN report:
The North Carolina Republican, locked in a tight race for reelection, quipped that as he walked into a gun shop nothing made me feel better than seeing a magazine about rifles with a picture of Hillary Clinton on the front of it.
I was a little bit shocked at that it didnt have a bullseye on it, he said Saturday to GOP volunteers, prompting laughter from the crowd in Mooresville, North Carolina. But on the bottom right (of the magazine), it had everybody for federal office in this particular state that they should vote for. So let me assure you, theres an army of support out there right now for our candidates.

(6,409 posts)It is common to use gun and shooting imagery to indicate we should "target the opponent" and stuff like that. It does not mean they want to shoot Hillary, although some of them .would do so if they thought they could get away with it.

If Hillary Clinton becomes president, I am going to do everything I can do to make sure four years from now, we still got an opening on the Supreme Court.

(10,721 posts)Nor do I see headlines about Trump allegedly raping a child. And the sexual assault allegations have faded from the news.
Nor do I see much of anything about Trump's campaign having ties to the Kremlin.
But I continue to see plenty of headlines about Clinton emails and the FBI. And headlines about how Democrats are feeling less confident about taking back the Senate. And polls indicating that, at least in terms of the popular vote, Clinton and Trump are in a tight race (with neither candidate winning 50% of the vote).
This is seriously one screwed up country. To think that 50 million people might vote for Donald Trump. Holy sh*t!
