Remind the President that we have his back regarding going off the Fiscal Cliff, if that's what it takes.

(3,436 posts)2. Thanks and Done!
I basically told the President that WE and our policies won the election. To not let the goobers dictate to us, and that me and my family had his back.

(36,693 posts)3. There is no fiscal cliff
a law is in place from last year to fix the country
if now a couple of weeks before it becomes law the republicans are now worried
what were they doing for the last year??
If they don't like what is coming then it is up to them to fix it

(5,810 posts)4. Thanks for the easy way to contact President Obama.
Didn't even have to look it up! I wrote and congratulated him on his re-election and reminded him that he should stand his ground and stick to his principles. He was re-elected because we chose HIM over Mr. Romney which means we want him to keep on representing us and standing up for us. The Republicans are clearly into game playing and hoping he will be the first to compromise. A compromise assumes that BOTH sides give something and apparently they do not intend to do that. They need to be reminded that THEY lost, Mr. Obama won....got RE-elected.
I'm very tired of their same old games and hope that with enough pressure from the President and US, they will get the message.
