An elderly female relative who once said she would never vote for "crooked Hillary"

tells me today that she put her (Oregon) ballot in the mail today, and that she voted for Hillary. She just couldn't stomach any more from Trump.

She is very apolitical, and would have either voted third party or not voted, but I called her everyday and followed up until she put her vote for Hillary in the mail today.

Not everyone reads like we do when it comes to politics. The pattern of Trumps behavior, once realized, is sickening.

abandon her morals, principles and political ideals to stay loyal to her pack. Lovely. I'm so glad.

Every new principled Republican I hear about these days seems a precious beacon of hope and reassurance after seeing how many may abandon them all to vote their "team." We know now that those people must always have been supporting, not the principles "for which we stand," rather whatever their current leaders called on them to.
