you need to match votes to voter rolls so you know how many have voted early versus traditional election day voters, this will give you very good idea how elections are going.

Targetsmart model is based on all of the above, this is same model or even better HRC is running in Brooklyn HQ's every night... they know if they are on target for each voting block versus where they are over/under performing.

Beauty is, this is all software simulation...
