If Hillary is confident, it might mean where they think there are close Senate races that can be influenced. Other races too, but especially Senate, especially this year. When I worked in Joe Biden's first Senate campaign in 1972 (a very close election), there were a v.p. candidate and a president's wife in Delaware one or two days before election day; they weren't there for three electoral votes in a blowout election (Nixon vs. McGovern).
