IMO: This doesn't get Comey off the hook

Instead of making a big, grandiose announcement that they were investigating new HRC e-mails they should have just done that--investigate and see if there was anything there. My feeling is that he made this announcement today just because of all the criticism he has gotten. Otherwise he would have waited until after the election.
