'Why Would Anyone Be Against Counting Votes?': Jill Stein on Filing for 'Recounts' in WI, MI, PA:

"We have to move really fast in order to basically verify the vote and be confident our votes were actually counted," she tells me, citing the many concerns brought to her by computer scientists and voting systems and election integrity experts, all questioning whether paper ballots were counted accurately by error-prone and easily-hacked computer tabulators in WI and MI, and whether touch-screen systems were manipulated in some fashion in PA.

Across those three states alone, as we have been reporting, just 50,000 votes flipped from Trump to Clinton --- out of more than 13 million ballots cast in those states, where a number of anomalous results have been found --- could change who becomes the next President of the United States.

There is plenty of reason to question whether the results as reported are accurate.

4. Elections Commission preps for recount of Wisconsin presidential election
Thu Nov 24, 2016, 12:08 PM
Nov 2016
State officials are readying for an unprecedented potential recount of Wisconsin’s presidential election after Green Party candidate Jill Stein, citing concerns with the legitimacy of the results, told the commission her campaign will request one.

In a possible final twist to an election filled with surprises, Stein’s campaign said Wednesday it intends to request recounts in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania, the three states that tipped the electoral college to Republican Donald Trump.

The Stein campaign launched online drives to raise the millions required to pay for the recounts — and to recruit volunteers in Wisconsin to participate in a recount.

By 5 p.m. Wednesday, Stein’s campaign manager, Dave Cobb, said the campaign had raised, in just a few hours, more than $432,000 toward what it estimates is the $1.1 million cost of a recount in Wisconsin. Hundreds of thousands came in later in the evening.

Elections Commission director Michael Haas said Wednesday that the commission is preparing for a recount.

the drumpf cabal can't have a recount, it will surely expose the fraud.

I'm pretty confident that there's a whole bunch of there there regarding stolen election and collusion with a foreign government against the US of A..

... propaganda points.

The last time the Democrats capitulated we ended up with George W. Bush. I am not crazy about Jill Stein, but at least she is giving people a chance to fight. What are our guys doing besides whining?

6. This isn't about the democratic party. This is about democracy.

If the DNC or Hillary is anywhere near bucking the election results, it will be all about Hillary and the DNC. It will no longer be about the recount. So I think it is best that it is coming from a 3rd party.

This isnt about Hillary, Trump, or even Jill Stein.

It is about truth. It is about the integrity of our democracy.
