would have won in 2010. You do realize he was prosecuting prostitution and he got caught taking a prostitute across state lines which is a felony? He was toast. Even crazy Palladino would have beaten Spitzer.

Why don't we change the conversation to Martin O'Malley who won in 2006 and 2010, and now is perfectly positioned to do exactly what you are suggesting Spitzer could have done.
