The seat was left open for six months so Franken really only had a 5 1/2 year term.

If the election is held up, I'm guessing the new governor would have to appoint a temporary AG.

This is another reason to get people out to vote, all state races down ticket matter.

The real question is DID they steal it, get caught, not get away with the theft, and then lose the race after the plot was foiled.
