This is in the special election to replace Virginia State Senator Mark Herring (D), who was just certified yesterday by the State Board of Elections as the winner in the Attorney General's race. Other than being the anti-Semitic "joke," Whitbeck is also a far-right-wing nutjob closely tied in with the rabidly homophobic (see http://www.bluevirginia.us/showDiary.do?diaryId=2034) and misogynistic (see http://bluevirginia.us/diary/5240/what-is-it-with-loudoun-republicans-dick-black-on-spousal-rape) State Senator Dick Black. If this guy wins the Republican nomination, Democratic nominee Jennifer Wexton (http://www.bluevirginia.us/showDiary.do?diaryId=10649) should crush him, as long as we get our folks out to vote. That, unfortunately, can be easier said than done, particularly in low-turnout special elections in the depth of winter...

these Teapublicans spout their crap and its good someone with a recording device is there paying attention. We really do need to have these simpletons speaking freely to their ''majority" American audiences. I'd rather they stand out than be ferreted out.
