Now that the mid terms are over.. I am starting to look at Presidential possibilities..

I hope we can get a woman elected this time.. It is way past time.. As a woman.. it is way way past time.. So to all those who are starting to put together their teams locally and push canidates at primaries and caucuses in the upcoming year and a half....

I think we have reached a place where we are in and will be in a constant campaign mode.. I do have to say, our extended campaign season does not really serve us well.. People just get their backs up over one thing or another.. and nothing is going to move them.. even facts.. but it is what it is.

If all else is equal, I will vote for a woman, since it would be great to have that 'first'. Chemisse Nov 2014 #2

But if one seems better than the others, I will vote for the best candidate, regardless of gender.

Hillary Clinton this time around, and maybe Elizabeth Warren in a few years.

Will be interesting but like i said on another thread very difficult for the Prty that holds the incumbent to get that third term .. unless we defy history.. the Dem's might not get back to power for a dozen years... ugh
