I looked the bill up. Paragraph (a) says "the areola or nipple of a person's breast" without specifying the sex of the person. Paragraph (b) says that you can't wear anything in public that looks like a nude body and specifies the female breast.

It outlaws men without shirts on! That's not going to go over well at the pool or lake. Some people will have to get new barbecue aprons, too.

I like the bill that would "prohibit simulated genitalia". Those rednecks will NEVER let anyone touch their truck nuts.

I like the one where they will allow hunters to equip their guns with silencers . The mob would be proud of these guys.

who no longer resides there, I can confirm that these nutcases do not represent the Montanans I know.

As with all "red" states, there are many good people who live there. Unfortunately, those good people seem not to have been able to stop the crazies from moving in en masse and taking over state politics.

This is just another one of the many reasons why Howard Dean was such an excellent DNC Chair. He understood that ALL state political networks must be nurtured - and not only for national elections - or they become dysfunctional.

Unfortunately, Dean's completely logical philosophy does not seem to have resonated with any of those Dem who have followed him in national leadership positions and I blame much of recent electoral debacles on their failure to follow it.
