I believe this is standard.
Hey no Fruit Loops allowed, not such a bad thing.
I don't agree with no Organics but that is due to the cost.
It's hell for cashiers.

Regular snap does not have these restrictions. Fruit loops and coke allowed.

I guess because organic is so much more expensive compared with basic.

good to see the focus on 100%, no sugars added juices and baby cereals.

Not sure it works that way. If you drive the poor out of the mainstream they stay out of it.
