Jeb Bush: 'Not A Shred Of Evidence' That Patriot Act Violated Anyone's Civil Liberties

WASHINGTON -- Jeb Bush on Thursday offered a full-throated defense of the Patriot Act, the post-9/11 surveillance law signed by his brother, while on the campaign trail in New Hampshire.
"There's not a shred of evidence that anybody's civil liberties have been violated by it. Not a shred," the former Florida governor said after a breakfast hosted by the Concord Chamber of Commerce.

you'd think a Bush would be smart enough to realize that. But it appears that Jeb is running on arrogance and entitlement, not much else.

Doesn't say much for the gene pool in that family, does it? He should have listened to his mama when she said he shouldn't run.

Also, they had to list the dates and times they listened. Millions are being data mined due to technology, and no one is being informed, IF they found nothing, as under the old law.

THIS SUCKS, AND THIS IS THE DIFFERENCE!

that Jed is any smarter than his brother. He seems to be doubling down on stupidity to protect the family legacy. Too bad that legacy never has a Shread of honor or decency.
