Wisconsin recall fever: Russ Feingold revs up Barrett supporters at Majestic

At the Majestic Theatre Wednesday night, Russ Feingold said Tom Barrett was going to win, and as evidence, he cited the fact that "people waited for hours to vote on Memorial Day when they should have been at Brat Fest." Said Feingold: "The turnout is going to be the biggest in Wisconsin history."

The event, at the Majestic Theater in downtown Madison, drew a jammed audience of about 500 people

Here is some of the other recall action on Wednesday.

Dems spent much of the day trying to pick apart the latest Marquette poll, showing Walker leading Barret 52-45.

Here's one response, as reported by Talking Points Memo. And here's another from Badger Democracy.

At the national level, here's the latest embarrassment from the White House on the recall. As reported by The Huffington Post, press secretary Jay Carney mistakenly said that Obama has not endorsed any gubernatorial candidate in Wisconsin.

I really hope you guys are successful. Not because of any impact on the national election in November -

But because enough is enough. I 'get' you all. I live in NJ. See? I really get it!
