The official campaign is deluged with volunteers, so I have chosen to work with a longstanding grassroots organization which has established "We Want Bernie." I was just on a conference call last night of about 400 people nationwide and it was extremely exciting. They have already held dozens of house parties/meetups all over the nation, representing people of every color and walk of life. They are now ramping up due to the building excitement nationally. They can give you national support and expertise to get you connected and/or started in your own community. Their responsiveness is excellent in my experience so far.

If you have worked in the grassroots before, you know how fulfilling it is. If not, it is easier than you think and likely to be one of the most fulfilling and exciting things you will ever do.

3. Yep. I did hang out with supporters at the Bernie table at Pride and that was fun.

They were just a handful of people who decided to set up a table and print out their own Bernie info and sign up volunteers.

Another DUer (that I know of, anyway) is going to the meet up, too.
