I have made money at the race track on long shots. Unfortunately, on those occasions I only bet a couple of dollars, which is my habit. I don't have much of a gambling gene in me.

They encourage people to bet by just making shit up. It's called marketing.

8. PredictIt is much more realistic.

Even though most bettors on there are small time, they are involved very politically, so their opinions are actually more than just people throwing money around.

Currently Sanders is hovering around 3:1 on PredictIt which reflects the polls rather well.

Best to spend money on the campaign rather than betting.

That I won't be duped into voting for Hillary...period.I don't think I am alone in this either. This may be our only chance to actually get a candidate that is worth a crap.

I can see VP Biden getting into the race, not to take votes from Hillary, but to take votes away
from Bernie.

The powers that be want Hillary, and they will stop at nothing to make sure she is the candidate.

Course,I am just an average Joe...and I don't understand all the inner workings by devious and powerful people to get "their" candidate elected...but I am really sure that it does happens, and is happening now.

11. There are a few online bookies that will take bets on US politics.

But I don't know how many of them take bets from the US. Oddschecker aggregates the odds from a bunch of them. Looks like most places have Bernie at around 10-1 or 9-1.
