Forget profit sharing, forget bribing employers and corporations to do the right thing.

If Hillary stands up and says she supports AND WILL PUSH FOR the EFCA and a 15 dollar minimum wage, I'll be the first in line to forgive her past mistakes and throw my support towards her campaign.

is a decent base wage + value escalators (e.g., education, years with company, years of life experience), and a % of the company's year's gross income (less advertising). Profit sharing is an accountant's creation that is manipulated to screw the powerless who feed last at the trough. The accountants work for the CEOs and are co-conspiritors in stealing the money for management. Many companies have profit sharing now. The CEOs and senior managers have mansions and luxury cars, and the workers get peanuts, because "profits" are "so low". ("You workers need to work harder and longer" which is GOP BS.) Of course "profits are too low" -- the money has been stolen and delivered to management.

Profit sharing is a joke. Just ask anyone that works for a company that provides it.

Or is there a check to make sure the company actually IS paying taxes?
Some sort of check that they aren't hiding most of their profit so the % shared with workers is smaller?

Not that I don't trust our megacorps.....

Nor does she say so in her speech. Has anyone asked her what she considers a living wage? Because, I recall, there was an effort to make the federal minimum wage $10.00 an hour.

On Sunday morning, she called into a Detroit convention of fast-food workers who are campaigning for a $15 minimum wage and urged them to “please keep up the fight.” But an aide said she wasn’t specifically endorsing the $15 minimum.
