'Every crisis provides opportunities that can't be squandered', is this century's political rule.

How will the candidates play this?

Is any campaign better positioned to answer that 'opportunity' than others?

...a lot is institutional investors who've programmed buy and sell instructions under certain market conditions.

Hope something similar doesn't happen right before 2016 election. People are easily influenced by such things, no matter how normal.
