Can Southern Democrats make a classic revival? Hell yes they can.

Democrats can make a Southern revival this year in 2015. John Bel Edwards, in Louisiana, and Jack Conway, in Kentucky, gubernatorial candidates are making this year's gubernatorial races competitive and they are making the case that Democrats MUST pickup a Southern state if they want to win in 2016.

Going to be very hard with all this "gun control" talk in the headlines...

Especially since Hillary said gun confiscation is something "we will take a look at"..

The "Australian solution" was confiscation... Just wait till the NRA starts making ads, with this...

Bevin and Vitter are weak, weak candidates and Conway and Edwards are strong candidates and both are, at best, lean D. It literally takes them running deeply flawed candidates for us to even have a chance. I hope we win but to try to take a trend from this would be stretching it. That said, if we win Florida and the rest of what Obama won, excluding VA, in 2012 that would be fine. Even VA and the rest excluding Florida would be fine. I think he might have won without either one.
