of Bernie and NO he didn't encourage more Republican witch hunts against Hillary. He simply said that there was an ongoing investigation into her emails and that it should play itself out. His quote was "valid questions" about Hillary Clinton's emails and that the investigation should "proceed unimpeded."

Sorry he isn't a surrogate for her and didn't call for an end to the investigation. That's not his role. But he has said many times that the media shouldn't be focusing on it and would prefer to debate issues. And nothing he has said has changed that. Why do Clinton supporters think it's Bernie's job to defend Clinton or call for an end to every and all investigations ever connected to her? He's said she's someone he respects but that he disagrees with her on policy issues and that's what should be the focus of the election. Since I agree with Sanders on policy issues more than Clinton, that's where my support goes. It's really not complicated but this Hillary is a victim and Bernie needs to defend her meme is pretty sad. She's a strong women with a long history of standing up for herself. She should call for an end to the investigation herself and not expect her opponents to do it for her. So should her supporters.

Apparently Sanders now does care about the 'damned emails' after all.

Spectacular flip flop fail.

your claim is not only unsupported but far from the standard needed to qualify. Even some DOMA yes voters understood they had helped create an atmosphere of violence against LGBT, Paul Wellstone said he thought maybe they had. Of course they had. Hillary knows that.

You know it too. You just don't give a shit. Now continue with your gig of exploiting everyone and standing with no one.

It was initiated by officials in the State Dept. and Intelligence community. So Bernie is neither here nor there to the topic. Unless you think he should call for the FBI to drop the case, which would be strange and improper.
