He's showing Romney down down down now so that he can show Romney UP UP UP by the weekend.

He will have to have the numbers out on Saturday so that they can inspire the dispirited on the Sunday talk shows.

2. It's not like the good-old-days with 3 networks and PBS

If you are a high school kid watching for civics class, fine. Otherwise, most people who watch the conventions are already supporting that party's candidate. Obama might have been somewhat of an exception four years ago, because he gave killer speeches in 2008.

I can say this. On FAUX News (the only news that matters in America -- because it is so Fair and so Balanced:

Romney's acceptance speech will be declared "a home run."
America will have "a whole new image" of Ann Romney
Paul Ryan will "shine in the national spotlight" and add "an unexpected 'wow factor'"

49%-47% Romney, but he'll be seen as "favorable" by far more voters, which is funny, because they will all have watched "Storage Wars."

But those will be raised by Brandi when she makes Jarrod out bid Hestor.

And Romney almost never breaks 47.

Then, the Dems take the stage, and Obama goes to 49-43.
