The only thing that will keep it from passing is a Non-Corporate President and the only candidate running who fits that bill with any certainty is Sanders.

And with rising health insurance premiums any tax cut might just be redirected into the pockets of the Insurance Companies. Don't you just love this system of ours. What a hell of a racket.
