in this instance, it is the church complaining and not its constituents. Seems a lot of this is going on, both with the church, and now with Obama admin caving to it instead of standing up for his constituents of all flavors.

of others religion, but this is a patriarchal, dictatorial, hierarchy that is ignored by many on at least some major issues.

I agree with you completely. This Church has lost any standing it might have had to talk about moral issues. And...until there are some women in the ranks of the Conference of Catholic Bishops, I'm not inclined to listen to anything the Church says.
