Query failed: INSERT INTO jury_log VALUES (NULL, '372231', '1002', '18816775', '13', '0', '0', '184285', '', NOW() )

Received after pressing "Confirm and complete" on jury service.
Pressed back and tried again, no second error, but no idea whether vote accepted or not.

...if the initial query was successful a second run would have thrown an error for trying to insert a duplicate value IF one of the columns is a key value.
