Need information on how block members work.

I know that if I have blocked someone, I will not see anything from them as I browse around DU.

However, if I start a thread, will people I block still see that? I'm concerned that people may start trashing the thread and I won't know about it because I can't see it.

Or is a block a total block both ways? I will never see them and they will never see me?

You will not see their posts at all, but they will see yours. They will be able to reply in your threads both directly to you and to others.

but all replies to them will be hidden too. And replies to those replies, and so on.
