What is the preferred process? Should the request be made here, or in Ask the Admins? Are there ground rules I should review first? Once a request is made, what are the responsibilities of those who made the request?

(71,265 posts)1. Usually skinner says post thread in gd to see if people are interested.

(146,218 posts)2. As was said, I would post a thread in either a forum or a group
(or both) asking who is interested. If you get enough support, then take it to ATA. Skinner seems to be pretty lenient in starting new groups on DU3.
He will want an SOP and probably some guidance on where you would want it to live.
