UNESCO has added over 40 new World Heritage Sites to its list of protected areas and buildings, ranging from the natural wonders of forests and mountains to the culturally significant monuments and memorials of human history…

This was because I only just learned this morning from Smiling Bird how to deal with WEBP images which show as links, not as pix, on DU ( https://www.democraticunderground.com/12673099#post2 ).

Looking up the phrase I find it is attributed to Peter Westbrook. The only person of that name who has shown up on my brief (tempus fugit!) interweb search is a ground breaking Olympic Fencer and I do not know if it was he who said this.

The sentiment, however, is irrefutable
