Saul Bass: Filmmaker that very few know, but we have all seen his work. He transformed the industry

He was a the person behind transforming titles and credits in movies.
He added animation, and titles that reflected the previewed the movie.
Pink Panther, James Bond opening gun scene, the score of James Bond, all of Scorese's movies, Hitchcock movies
My favorite Walk on the Wild Side, he choreographs a black cat to music and eye contact. Yes a cat.

The best of the best in creative design, lighting, editing, camera work and choreography came together in this title and credits sequence that is likely better than the movie itself. Fabulous video along with Elmer Bernstein's fabulous soundtrack music, just awesome. Pay attention to the transitions as new views of the cat unfold. Crank up the volume, the video is 720 Hi Def.

"Walk on the Wild Side"..melodramatic, though I like it. And you're right about the cat...maybe more worthy of remembering than the rest of the movie.

I'll look out for Saul Bass works in the future. Thanks.
