Latest polling data

I can't seem to find a good source on aggregate polling data to date, along with historical trends.

I saw this blurb: http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/hillary-clinton-losing-national-lead-bernie-sanders-poll/story?id=36733595

Which makes me go "yay" but show me the numbers. A single poll is ok, but I want to see how it compares with other polls, and see plots of them on the trend line.

Does anyone have a better source than what I found on google? Realclearpolitics seems to have some nice data, but it appears to be outdated on a lot of states.

But they sure seem to be slow to add that latest reuters poll that had Bernie at 45 to Clinton's 48. Been waiting ever since it hit the news, to see how much it would change their rolling average numbers.
