(615 posts)1. They're including super delegates - party operatives that have delegate status, who
can choose who to support by themselves.
It's really kind of silly, because if super delegates were ever to override the will of delegates voters pick themselves, they'd guarantee a general election loss for their selection and immediately say goodbye to over half of their political party's voters.
