Anyone who was here during the Gay purge post-Obama's election sees this, IMO. Like Hillary's 2008 dirty campaign on Obama rerun in 2016 on Bernie, it's a rerun of 2009, banning people for posting nothing but the numeral "7".

It's why I stopped donating right after that and won't ever again.

It was Hillary supporters who got the "bad hides" and this place is 90% Bernie. He gave the inmates control over the machine and a whole boatload of them are energized and not disposed to favor Hillary.

The ask the admin threads are really telling.

Edit: compare

Sally Cook, the retired government lawyer University of Chicago alumni who contacted the University of Chicago archives to get the caption of the photo changed, conceded to Time magazine reporter Sam Frizell that she could not "say for certain the man is not Sanders."

So what made it so important to her that she felt she needed to change the caption in order to identify the individual at a 40+-year-old sit in as some long dead acquaintance rather than as Bernie Sanders?

Who then told Sam Frizell, Time magazine's Clinton pool reporter, about this trifling photo flap? What induced Sam Frizell to devote 1000 words to this complete non-story without making any attempt to contact the original photographer?

What then induced the WaPo's Jonathan Capehart, the live in partner of a rich Clinton campaign staffer, to pick up this complete non-story and spin it into a direct attack of Sanders' integrity without making any attempt to contact the original photographer?

Why did corporate cable news then trot out Capehart on 10 different shows to promulgate this complete non-story?

A comment (not mine) from another thread:

"Senator Sanders Campaign Manager JUST CONFIRMED on CNN -- That The Picture At The University of Chicago Is In Fact -- Bernie Sanders. "

I asked the commenter to make this an OP so we can all rec it to the sky and get it on the front page and keep it there for a while.

He said "the kitchen sink" and I almost wonder if he knew what was coming. And this is JUST the beginning.

was proven AFTER all the threads with all the links showing where the photographer has come out over the last 48 hrs defending Bernie, posted more pics and was calling this attack on Bernie slanderous.

It felt like 2004 all over again when purple bandaids & flip-flops were passed out at the Rep convention and I realized we were 'fighting against' people that had no sense of shame; no sense of morals.

It's disgusting when the lies and the swiftboating is coming from republicans.
It's horrific when it is coming from within your own political party.

I have lost all respect. And I have lost all trust.
And I understand the poster that said s/he doesn't know if they can vote for her anymore.
