Depends on if the event is sponsored by one of her 501(c)(4)s so she can receive undisclosed by name donations from say, Chinese nationals? Not as clear as Hilary on how to get foreign donations, but with my limited information, all she need to do is use a fundraising source exempt from disclosing names and sources of donations I believe (need an accountant to confirm this) that a 501(c)(4) entity can do this, she does have those as well as several PACs.
