Bernie Sanders
Related: About this forumI just got a call from the DNC.
I told the caller that I was a Bernie Sanders supporter and that I was looking for them to schedule a debate. I said that they could schedule a debate by Aug 15th. , and then I would make a contribution.

If, as Hillary supporters seem to think, Bernie is doomed to lose, doomed to fail, let that failure happen earlier rather than later.
Let the debates begin.
What? Isn't Hillary ready? She has run for the presidency before. Why isn't she ready to debate yet?

(4,280 posts)going to say something like that, too, if I may borrow your idea? I'm so tired of just ignoring the calls, and maybe if I answer and say what you said, they'll get the message. We also get calls from the DCCC, DSCC! And the emails are out of sight. Thanks for your post, RDANGELO!

(84,711 posts)The last call I got from them...I gave an earful about the TPP...then hung up because the caller wanted to convince me that donating would give me a chance for my "voice to be heard."
Not a kind thing to do... because one assumes these are "volunteers" in good faith calling. Yet, I've suspicions they use a Phone Bank to Call and who knows if the person calling is just being paid to do it for efficiency purposes in money management by the DNC..
