Bernie-Palooza held on Labor Day

MIDDLEBURY, Vt. —Supporters came out in droves to campaign for Bernie Sanders at a Labor Day event in Middlebury.

The event was called Bernie Palooza. Organizers say they're glad to see Sanders' message resonating on the national scene.

Folks listened to several different bands, including Bernie's All-Star Kazoo Band. The event also served as a fundraiser for Sanders, where people could sign up to learn more about the campaign, donate, or get Bernie items.

Supporters like what Sanders is all about and they said he really cares.

"I love the fact that he says it is not about Bernie. It is about us. And I really like that. I think what he is really saying is if you want change, jump in and be the change you want to see," said David Brynn, with Bernie's All-Star Kazoo Band.
