I just hope he goes much more into the details of exactly how Denmark
translates into the American context.

I thought this article did a good job of starting to look at how Scandenavian
Democratic Socialism might (or may not) be contextualized into the American
experience.

I can't vouch for this website, it's relatively new to me, but I think it at least
raises some important beginnings of a more detailed and nuanced conversation
about the contrasts, etc.

but unfortunately, Bernie mostly slid into his usual schtik, which, while not bad, didn't do a good job of answering the (repeated!) question. A missed opportunity.

I just hope that this "major speech" gets at least as much exposure as the appearance on Maher's show got him.

discussion and later the very funny video of what Republicans hear when Bernie speaks.

Maher couldn't have done more, even stating he wants Bernie to win the nomination! And I thought Maher was way undecided, so putting together this show right after the 1st Dem debate was MAJOR- really surprised and pleased me.

Actor Seth MacFarlane also gave Bernie a tremendous Intro. and lift esp. on climate change and dem. soc. the day after the Debate, at a big rally in LA. Having these public figures pushing for Bernie is uuge!
