While I admire his enthusiasm for being a President of the United States, he offers nearly nothing that Bernie hasn't already offered or better.

The only difference is that Malley has governor experience.

Why hasn't O'Malley gained much of a traction as an alternative to Hillary Clinton?

8 years governor of a 'large' state, 'only' difference is a large one.
