How a candidate treats his/her staff is pretty important to me, because it says a lot about who they are as a person and how genuine they are in fighting for workers' rights. This is a turn-off about Amy for me, but since it seems there's been little turnover or turmoil on her campaign staff so far, I'm hoping she's taken the criticism to heart and things have changed. FWIW, I also read testimonials from other people who worked for her in the past that were much more positive. But I agree with you that it is a legitimate thing to care about.

Im sure they'll be back. They seemed completely out of proportion to my opinion of her viability as a candidate at the time. And she is now showing she could be a contender.

Amy does have her share of bots on her Facebook page. I always check for the constituent flag when reading comments there. It is amazing how many negative comments come from outside of Minnesota. Makes me go, hmmm.

Her style and personality are exactly the combo that people in my living room would react to favorably.

I wish that were more widely recognized, especially among female candidates. Very easy to tell who will fare well with swing voters among female candidates. Considerably more complicated with the men.

Amy's supporters have always been gracious, intelligent, thoughtful people. Not pushy, and very kind.

You can judge a lot about a person by the company they keep. Amy's upstanding campaign and the people who tend to be attracted to it say a lot about who she is.

82. Amy does'nt set off fight or flight in actual conservatives

Our statewide paper, the Union Leader, had driven wedges between Birchers and decent, thrifty folk for decades, which reached it's apex in the reign of error of Mel Thomson, an ethically deficient Georgian who stole his employer's customer lists to start Equity Publishing. He spent the next few years disguising himself as old New England money.
I've heard very conservative old men speak of him through clenched teeth "Raise my taxes a grand a year? Cheap money to be rid the tinpot asshole! The flag bullshit, and South africa, and now he wants Nukes for the Guard" "Learned my lesson from that TJ prick. I can't afford a man who can lose more in an hour, than i can make in a week"

Granite Staters can check off a lot of boxes with Amy, She's deliberately not flashy. She gets "respect" right, far better than most, which is important in a place where motorcycle gangs rub elbows with some of the country's oldest summer resorts. "Like Ridin in a picture postcard, everyday!" The gadflies of NH are worse than the evil black ones, and she looks like she can keep them from bothering decent folk excessively. Thrifty and careful make a lot of genuine conservatives happy. Waste in the service of bullshit doesn't fly with guys like SoS Gardener (He's a world-class-jerk IRL. His Political staff ain't so nice.). He rounded up the prominent "BIRTHERS" (Stretch Kennedy, et al) and chewed them a whole brand new lower GI tract for making "HIS" primary look bad, and annoying the shit out of his staff. Not to mention wasting the time he had to spend reaming them. They damm well needed it. We Proudly remain hand marked paper ballots . Mr. Bill says " You cannot hack a pencil". I think the Federal Election Comission needs him' cuz reamin!

I like her over Biden, I like her over Mayor Pete. I think Biden has been around Washington too long, and Pete has not been around long enough. Amy is in the middle, in a good way. She has experience as a Senator, but is a relatively fresh face in national politics. She is also smart, tough, funny, and well-spoken. She seems to be able to think on her feet. Good qualities for a President and a candidate. Anyway, I hope that her campaign gets a lot of money and donations. I hope that she goes the distance. I am still undecided, but I definitely like Amy.

Since she started making appearances on behalf of the party on MSNBC. She is classy, she is smart, she knows what she is doing and she would make a great President. And the good news is, like it is for most Democratic presidential candidates, she beats trump in head to head polling.
