'Harder and harder to see' how any of Trump's legal cases make it to trial before election - MSNBC Reports

A Georgia appeals court announced they will review the decision that kept Fulton County DA Fani Willis on Trump's election interference case. Also, a federal judge indefinitely delayed Trump's classified documents trial. MSNBC legal analyst Glenn Kirschner joins Chris Jansing to discuss Trump's legal woes. - Aired on 05/08/2024.

He gets his stooges to delay Justice thinking he will get elected. IF (WHEN) he loses 2025 will be a busy year for the Don. Sitting in trial day in and day out. Having no one to scream at. Looking up and seeing Aileen (as the coonasses in Louisiana would aptly put it) ain’t dere no more.

Even without the trials happening pre-election....tRump is struggling for oxygen now...the daily revisiting chatter about all the cases has power to diminish the influence he has with republicans and all voters...This is an eroding scenario.... by November, the national disgust for this predator will be a dark fog for tRump. Biden will win the election...Worst case scenario we finish tRump off with the trials happening post election.

I do see a few of the trials at least starting before the election... I sense the Jan 6th trial in DC starting in late August ....

I see soon that Aileen Cannon will recuse herself in June/July and we will then proceed there with the documents trial.

5. That's my hope, too. I see this trial as arguably the most essential since he jeopardized national security with his theft

Not to mention, it's definitely an offense that would result in a serious jail term. Reality Winner stole one classified document and served four years - how many years should TFG serve for stealing boxes of documents??

... HER HANDLERS.

Apologies for screaming, but it's how I see this playing out, and no, I am not an attorney.
I'm a frustrated American who sees what her handlers are having her do: ultimately, delay, delay, delay.
Suppose Trump is found guilty of treason or espionage. He's done. But so isn't she. She is a DISPOSABLE item.

Think about it in any other context: You've been hired to do a job that your schooling says you can do.

The first task they give you you have never actually done. You've read the book A to Z, but you can't step up and do it.

So you stall and stall UNTIL your supervising handler goes through it live step by step.

Everything goes fine until the next situation doesn't follow the expected routine. A delay serves two purposes.
It puts her back on track and gives Trump a further delay a win, win.

This is Cannon; she can't get ahead of herself because she doesn't know with certainty what is behind the next door.
In her case, the prosecutor or the defense brings up the subsequent legal filings.

Twice, she has overstepped her skill set, made a mistake, and was called on the carpet by her court superiors.

That alone would make her proceed with caution until someone coaches her.

If Trump never gets to trial, I don't know about you, but I will lose complete faith in our legal system and call it what it is a sham with two sets of rules

8. I certainly agree. When she first landed the job, it was widely said that she needed to excuse herself.

Since she did not and chose to delay over and over, I am hoping that she will be removed and replaced by her monitors and the trial will finally move forward ASAP as it should.
