In a new installment of “deadbeat Rudy Watch,” Michael Popok explains that Giuliani first told the bankruptcy court that he has a very simple financial life with limited income from “podcasting and radio” while at the same time demanding that he needs a high-priced accounting firm (but none will do business with him) to fill out a 10-minute financial disclosure form.
